I am a Food Scientist and Technologist, and Postharvest Technologist: PhD degree in Agricultural Engineering, MSc in Master of Food Technology: Major in Postharvest and Food Preservation Engineering and BSc in Food Science and Postharvest Technology. My research focuses on Food Science and Technology and Postharvest factors affecting performance and quality of fresh fruit and vegetables. I am good at CFD modelling, modeling quality and nutritional factors and postharvest handling.
